Road Closure and Parking Restrictions - Braeside Terrace

Aberdeen City Council has made an order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. 

The order, 8am 04 May until 5pm on 07 May 2021, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Braeside Terrace, Aberdeen

The prohibition is from the south western boundary of number 5 to Springfield Road. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of the same stretch of road for the duration of the works. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. 

Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owner’s expense. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible. 

The measures are necessary to protect public safety during ACC carriageway resurfacing works.
