Jubilee Celebrations - Airyhall Gardens
When the Community Council announced that funds were being earmarked to hep residents with Jubilee Celebrations, Brenda, Alison, Angela and Helen of Airyhall Gradens applied for some funding and were awarded £100 toward their street party.
Invitations were created and delivered to every door in the Gardens and, it wasn't long before the residents in Airyhall Place asked if they could be involved as well.
The party was held on Saturday 4th June on a glorious sunny (and warm) day, and, as the photos show, there was a good turn out. (It seems as if Her Majesty herself put in an appearance) A great time was had by all and we congratulate the four ladies for their community spirit and organisation. WELL DONE
